Helen’s not just trained in health—she’s walked the path herself. Having faced significant challenges, including autoimmune thyroiditis, cancer, and Lyme disease, she understands how overwhelming it can feel to navigate complex health issues. That’s what fuels her work. She believes in guiding others to make informed, manageable changes that support long-lasting improvements.
Her approach is thorough, but never rigid. Using functional tools like Hair Mineral Analysis, Nutrigenomics (DNA), Gut and Stool Testing, and Saliva Hormone Analysis, she identifies how your body functions, so she can better support it.
